So were you also a marathon runner while you were smoking? (I’m just jealous because my RHR is 100)

6 days no nicotine. 10 beat per minute reduction and dropping. Also, check out the spike on Friday, that was the first day I tossed em. Cool to see my body go “WTF!”

Pretty cool seeing the effects in real time.

I was a smoker for 10 years. Vaped for 5. Used zyns for 5. I made the decision that having a zyn on rotation in my mouth 24/7 can’t be good for my circulatory system. Tossed em out on Friday.

    3. you must be tremendously healthy OR need to go get this addressed because even to begin with you were in brachy cardia.

    4. You have to be an athlete. An athlete that used to have a nicotine addiction. I had to eat good and workout regularly to have that RHR .

    5. All the comments are funny. His heart rate is normal for a healthy person we don’t know how old he is but if he is active (he says he runs a lot) this is what a NORMAL resting heart rate is for someone who is really active. Although it is a tad lower than I was expecting but again he could be in his 20s and running every single day.
