I can’t remember if the tiny Williamsport, PA airport had one at all, and if so if it was smaller than this.

Do the tiny people come in on a tiny plane?

I flew for a regional airline a few years back and we went to a place that reminds me of this. Security was a room just big enough for a metal detector and an x ray machine.
Only two TSA agents and whenever there was a flight, the local sheriff came out to help screen the 50 or so customers. The gate area had a single unisex bathroom and a vending machine. Obviously no jet bridge, just walk out and onto the plane.
The airport didn’t have an ice machine, so we worked a deal with our hotel to get ice from their ice machine that we carried through security with us in a cooler then the flight attendant would dump into the ice tray of the galley cart. One of the pilots would take the cooler, walk across the ramp to the fence and toss the cooler over the fence to the hotel van driver.

They built a new larger airport where I live but this is what we use to have. The actual airport was just a room with chairs and a vending machine. Wasn’t even an airport really, just a big room with a metal detector
