October 28, 2025Karla Faye Tucker, 38, arrives at the Texas death house in Huntsville for her execution. She hacked a couple to death with a pickaxe, striking them over 20 times. Tucker drew global attention in part since she was only the second woman executed in the United States since the 1970s, 1998 [800 x 540].
