But without a doubt the most outrageous thing about this is that some people are actually claiming he was the victim of an unprovoked attack.

    1. At what point did that seem like a good idea? Even if legally he is in the right, what will his current or future employer think of this dipshittery?

    2. Isn’t it illegal to walk around with Nazi uniforms in the US? I am pretty sure it’s illegal in most of Europe, so i thought it’d be the same there.

*”A man in Georgia dressed as a Nazi SS officer was arrested after he allegedly broke a woman’s nose with a beer glass after he was kicked out of a bar”*

He’s a NAZI. His entire existence was a provocation declared to the world around him.

Self defense has to be in response to a credible threat and follow a proportional escalation of force. You can’t attack someone with a weapon because you were shoved and claim self defense. “Many are saying…” Yeah, many are saying that Nazism fundamentally breaks the social contract and therefore isn’t protected by it.

    6. 50 yrs ago this guy would’ve have his ass royally handed to him, now he has people defending him…like WTF America.

If you’re going to walk around in a full SS Nazi getup, being confrontational towards this asshole is the only proper reaction. I’m not being tolerant with that bullshittery.

Yeah because a publication like “the Truth Wire” with a cross in their symbol screams non-biased journalism. These types of outlets really speak to the ignorance of America. They use words like “truth” or “free” or “freedom” in their name, throw a few Bible verses on their home page and claim to be regular people seeking the truth. In reality they’re all just Christian nationalist trying to and succeeding in indoctrinating people, mainly boomers.

    9. He’ll be pardoned if he can be, let’s be real. And then he’ll have a lucrative career as a far-right talking head where he plays the victim of “cancel culture.” Because life is insanely fucking stupid and not fair.

I think anyone wearing Nazi paraphernalia is de facto using fighting words and therefore should be considered to be provoking violence and not protected by the First Amendment.

He gets no sympathy from me. I’m glad that dressing as a Nazi is illegal in my Country.

    12. He’s like that idiot who repeatedly interrupted that university lecture and then pissed himself when the class chased him across the campus.

They’re desperate for a response but none of them have really thought about what they do when they actually _get_ one. Internet trolling doesn’t really translate well when people are within arms reach of you.

Nazi should have caught a fuckin’ brick to the dome.

If you don’t want the shit kicked out of you, don’t dress up like a Nazi.

If the Nazis wanted to find out what the reaction would be when they donned their uniforms, they got the answer. They and their uniforms will not be tolerated.

    15. Some one on Facebook said “Where is this man ? I would like to buy our hero a beer.” I replied “ a hero for what? Glassing a woman? Wearing an SS uniform?” Then he replied “ for both. Shame he didn’t have more bottles and more SS troops”

This guy is actively cheering on a nazi

    16. 2026 — the year when at leasy a quarter of the country doesn’t see wearing an SS uniform in public as a punchable offense.

    17. But “many are saying” it. So, it must be true. No, you can’t sue us for BS because we didn’t actually make an actionable claim. We love that our mouth breathing audience has zero media literacy.

Of course, no one is denying the fucking Nazi uniform. It’s easy to gloss over that bit if you, too, have one hanging in your closet behind that white hood.
