    1. “BUT BUT BUT BIDENPRICES! BUT BUT BUT BIDENFLATION! BUT BUT BUT THERE WILL BE LOWER PRICES ON DAY ONE!”

Interesting how discussion of pricing and inflation disappeared from trumphumper vocabulary faster than “release the Epstein files”.

    2. It’s an eye opener if you gave a grocery store loyalty app and look at receipts from a year ago. I don’t think k anything is less expensive.

    3. besset always appears to be smug and looking down his nose at everyone especially when he has no real answer – or is just my observation?

My generic prescription costs are up 400% since July. Not even joking. Went from paying around $32 for 4 generics for a 90 day supply to $160.

    5. The price of almost every item in the grocery store is significantly higher than it was. The fact that Trump can even utter the words that prices are down and people applaud and parrot that amazes and infuriates me.

GOP liked to tout the price of eggs going up as a Biden economic failure, but that was cherry picking a product that rose in price due to the bird flu. Not the economy.

But Trump directly increased the price of several grocery items due to his failed tariff policies and that’s cherry picking?

      Fuck off.

    7. We like to use the all beef Costco hotdog as our inflation metric. From our charts it’s been the same since the first Trump term.

It’s unfortunate that you confront me with facts and numbers, I have a narative.

    9. “Very well, if I’m cherrypicking then can you provide any evidence of everyday commodities whose prices have decreased?”

Seems to me that when Trump was running for President he had a bunch of groceries in a long table like he was running a lemonade stand as examples to complain about inflationary prices….🤔

Look, as much as people don’t want to admit it, hes right.

If you ignore all the things that the prices are higher for, then what’s left is nothing. And the price of nothing has remained unchanged.

Ego, racism, and sunken cost fallacy are what drive these people.

Not here to dunk on them, just to chime in. At some point the dunking needs to stop because all of what is happening is putting the people in a very bad situation.

Corporations are doing great, the people, not so much.
