I suspect hose numbers are skewed by a relatively low portion of immigrants are white or black. There are about 180,000,000 white people in the U.S. and if not many are immigrants then the native born white people would make up the vast majority of any demographic.

I’m not sure what point this data is trying to make.
15.8% of the US population is born outside the US, and make up a disproportionate percentage (35%) of people with low English literacy – which you would expect from a population where English is the second language.
