I have a much better idea: I’d turn it into a massive homeless shelter. That will do two things at once.
First, it will take a massive dump on the Agent Krasnov’s so-called “legacy” by filling the ballroom with people that he hates.
Secondly, and more importantly, it will send a message about how every instance of homelessness in this country is the responsibility of our government because it has been working for the wealthy and not for ordinary, average people.

I would make the case that the ballroom was unsafe because it wasn’t built with proper permits. You could allege that bugging devices were found throughout the building because we didn’t use vetted contractors. That would be enough justification to remove the building without it being 100% partisan.
