I have 83 mosquito bites on one leg and only 24 on the other. These are all from just one hour outside.

Before you guys count them, I have quite a bit on my foot and back of my leg not photoed. Still way too many for only an hour outside.

I think my home has been infiltrated and they got me from the comfort of my bed…

Edit: for those who don’t believe me, or don’t want to count the ones in the original photo. I counted the ones in previous photo and took a photo of the back of my leg. You can count the back ones. https://imgur.com/a/gJ6hf4F

    2. Only 24….that’s probably the amount of mosquito bites I’ve had in the last 5 years!

Bro walked out and just donated a bag of blood to the community

Get u some iron pills man

    4. What made them gravitate to one leg more than the other? Genuinely curious cause at this point the damage is already done.

I would dive into a bathtub full of pink liquid hoping it’s not Pepto Bismol.

I can barely tolerate 5. Never thought I’d say I prefer a few horseflies. Damn.

    6. That’s horrible!!! Mine swell up into big hard welts for a week – I’d be in hospital with that many. Keep us posted, I hope you do ok!

    7. Hey OP, I also carry the anything-that-bites-loves-to-bite-me blood.

Tip of advice – BioFreeze cooling spray. Helps kinda override the itchiness sensation that comes from the inflammatory response.

My kids bites get huge, like 2 inches across per bite. Going to avoid that area myself…

My record is 186 after spending an hour picking cherries. It was hell. Chicken pox 2.0 all over. Taking allergy medicine and burning the bites with a hot spoon (hot water) does the trick. Only one in the family with the sweet blood, i found putting on basic sunscreen always prevents mosquitoes.

    10. Reminds me of the 3 years I spent stationed in Corpus Christi, AKA mosquito infested hellscape!

    11. Buy a pack of mosquito repellent stickers. They cost like $10 for 100 (On Amazon). They’re not perfect but when I don’t use them, I’ll have a dozen bites; when I do use them, I’ll have 1 or 2 bites.

I have such a bad allergy I think I’d end up in the ER if I didn’t throw back some Benadryl immediately

Why would you do this to yourself? I mean, 100+ mosquito bites in an hour means they were biting you non-stop and you did nothing about it. Why not wear mosquito repellent and long pants? Why not stay indoors?

I live in AZ, the only thing that is working for me (I’ve tried everything) to keep them away besides deet, is skin so soft, I hate the smell but it’s truly working. Also I’ve been buying in bulk quitch patches, anti itch mosquito patches. They take about 15 min to kick in.
