Kid grabbing your possession without permission? Yell not justified (just remove yourself and your possession from the situation). Kid hurting or bullying your kid? Yell justified. Kid being loud in a restaurant? Yell not justified. Kid hanging out in a public space without doing anything wrong? Yell, not justified. Kid on an ebike going 40 mph on the sidewalk? Yell justified. Kid wearing a printed tee that offends you? Yell not justified.
