Imma be real, I hate working with women with big asses simply cause other men cannot behave. Print shop I worked at, our manager had a WAGON, and I was constantly having to grab customers attention cause they were too busy staring.
Same at this current job (Auto body). Only 1 woman works here and she is sportin’. Got coworkers describing the things they do to her while I’m just like sir, she’s more than just her ass.

Once we are judging women’s bodies as appropriate or inappropriate we are like one or two steps in logic from suggesting some women should be entirely covered to avoid appearing unprofessional.
Why is it so hard to treat everyone with respect?Â

It’s not unprofessional, it’s a workplace hazard.
