    1. Ah yes. Everyone knows that as soon as you want separation of church and state, the next step is usually going out and raping people. Because – you know – the only thing stoping you is religious figures in power. /s

    2. “Secularism is the birth place of rape”

Ffs this is what religion does to your brain

In case anyone wanted the definition, here :
Secularism is the principle that the state should be separate from religious institutions, with public life and laws based on naturalistic considerations rather than religious dogma

      These people are fucking stupid.

Chickens for kfc, let these women live in afghanistan for a month and they’ll want to go back to bangladesh

    4. Jamat gonna Jamat.

The frustrating part is they are the only competent political party in Bangladesh.

Of the other two one is on the run and the other is a bunch of morons who are far too focused on racketeering then politics.

      Bangladesh is so fucked, man.

Reminds me of those videos of ants following each other in a circle endlessly.

Religion is hell of a drug. Imagine being so stupid that you equate secularism to rape??? Do they have brains over there?

    7. This is an extremely misleading post and as someone who was on the streets in the protest that day, let me clarify. Students from Bangladesh University of Professionals were protesting against the recent rape incident of an ex student. However, members from HT (an extremist/terrorist organization) took this opportunity to push their own agenda. In the midst of the protest, they handed out their own placards to a lot of women. Me and a few of my friends noticed it after a little while and started collecting and removing all of those placards. The women holding them didn’t read or notice them while marching, which is definitely their own fault and they have admitted to it. We collected almost 13-15 placards and everyone admitted their shortcomings of not reading the placard that was handed to them beforehand. So please stop spreading misinformation.

Every step the world takes forward. Religious people seem to bring it a step or two backward

With all these women protesting it made me wonder what the major religion in Bangladesh is…

      >Islam is the dominant religion in Bangladesh, and its adherents constitute 83.4% of the total population

Well would you look at that. Guess who’s gonna get royally fucked if they get their way

    10. Nothing to do with religion but a lack of education.

You don’t see the same mindset in educated people unless they wanna control people.
