He has changed so minimal to what he looks now! It’s eerie! It’s like time has stood still!

    2. I wonder what it was like being a working actor/hollywood person during the early/mid 80s? I don’t think it’s the same as someone from our current era.

    3. What I would like to know is there any surgeon out there that could possibly fix his face? I assume he is permanently disfigured or he’d already would have fixed it.

    4. Dang…he was a good looking dude……. Why bro? I get self image, Hollywood pressure, etc but damn…

Well, you know what they say, boys. If you can’t stand the heat, get off of Mickey Rourke’s sex grill

    6. The guy had Hollywood in the palm of his hand at one point, they predicted him to be the next Dean or Brando.

And he chose to become a prize fighter instead, and got a bunch of concussions with a battered face. Life is strange

    7. If you had given me an hour to guess names I would never have guessed that was Mickey Rourke.

In his particular case. Boxings what kind of screwed up his face not just bad plastic surgery.

God damn Mickey Rourke was great back in the day. He was electric, so much presence. The performances – Rumble Fish, Pope Of Greenwich Village, Year Of The Dragon, Angel Heart, Barfly, A Prayer For The Dying, Johnny Handsome.

Greatest actor of the 80s imo.

Such a tragic case. He still had some great performances later on, Animal Factory, The Wrestler, his cameo in The Pledge… Sin City….

The roles he turned down too – Platoon, Pulp Fiction, Rain Man, The Ubtouchables, Dead Poet’s society… man, what could’ve been?
