    1. I just looked these up. They are used for nausea and vomiting, but also schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and acute psychosis. They are also prescription only. Might want to give them a call. This could be very bad for them, and you’ll probably get some coupons out of it too.

Edit: didn’t think my comment would make it to the top, much appreciated. For those that don’t want to look that far into the comments, this is Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride, also known as Thorazine.

    2. Ludes! Don’t drive home from the country club on these.

    3. Weird.

So Pepto is owned by Proctor Gamble. The brown pills as others mentioned are chlorpromazine, usually for nausea, and prescription only. However they are made by a generic drug company called Lannett. A quick search shows they are in talks of being acquired by a larger generic drug manufacturer Aurobindo…however neither company appears to be affiliated with Proctor Gamble. So that’s definitely odd they were sealed in a bottle of Pepto tablets.

    4. The pills are coming from inside the house.  It’s literally impossible these came from the manufacturer in the bottle like this.

    5. was the bottle sealed? If not, someone threw them in there and they likely get stomach issues often.

If it was sealed, that sounds like you need to call corp office asap.

    6. If you report this to the number on the bottle the encapsulation facility responsible for this is going to have a very bad day. Those facilities have 0 error tolerance especially with prescription things. Something like this could kill someone if they were old / not all there and took pills that reacted badly with something else they were on. I’d report this 100%.

    7. Not saying it is…but if this is a fake post OP could get in massive trouble and get sued. I just wonder why they post on Reddit asking to I’d the pills when they could google it themselves. I’m cynical these days how prescription pills from an unrelated company could get into a sealed bottle… that would be newsworthy if true.

    8. Are you sure no one put them in there? Room mate, kids, friend, etc? Also, what makes it ultra?

Looked it up and it says it’s for schizophrenia, bi polar, and opiate withdrawal. Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride 25 mg.

No, you didn’t. Because that’s Thorazine, and it’s an Rx made by an entirely different company. But enjoy your 200 updoots.

Brown pill with LCI 62 = Chlorpromazine, used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, amongst various other things.

So it’s been a while since you bought them and just noticed the different pills now? Sounds like that ended up in the bottle post purchase. Those aren’t manufactured in the same place or by the same companies so this is from post production/post purchase tampering there is no possible way pepto is responsible. Maybe someone in your household takes the brown pills for nausea and just chucked them into an open pill bottle?

    13. That’s schizophrenia medicine. Contact the manufacturer and tell them that you found them in your pills.
As well, was the bottle sealed and can you guarantee that it was sealed properly? If not then contact the place you got it from and tell them as well

Before anyone says, yes, it can be used for nausea and other things but it’s also used as a drug for schizophrenia

    14. Think this is fake. Have close relationships with people who work for p&g manufacturing and this pepto product is made in a p&g only facility in mexico. As mentioned above they don’t make the brown pill.

    15. Before you do anything, are you positive the seal was on the bottle when you bought it? Is it possible that anyone put those into the bottle since the seal was removed??

If those belong to someone in your house for example, you probably want to deal with it on your own instead of notifying the company.

    16. Those are prescription medications btw. Report this to P&G and the FDA because that is a MASSIVE issue

    17. Is it a brand new bottle that you just opened and found in there?

Do other people have access to it, like someone in your household may have put them in there?
