MacBook Pro M1 from 2020. Just noticed after years of use. The parentheses are wring – 9 has ) instead of ( and 0 has ).
Still works perfectly, I just never paid attention to what was printed on the keys!

Maybe it’s a German keycap. We have the ( on 8 and the ) on 9.

If you bough it new, they might have mistakenly installed an Italian (IMO, maybe other locales have the same) 9 key (we have “(” on 8 and “)” on 9)
Otherwise, if repaired/refurbished, they had that keycap laying around

Turn it upside down.

If it’s bothering you, you can always use a sharpie to have no parantheses.
