How to fix shoulder blade pain

    1. PT here. Some of this is straight BS. Some of the stretches have the right idea, but poor execution.

      The true answer is to strengthen the rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers. Stretching will only get you so far without strengthening.

      EDIT: to anyone asking me for advice, if you need help go see a PT

    2. Best thing I ever did to fix my shoulders blade pain was get a split keyboard so I’m not conceiving in my shoulders to point my hands at y keyboard.
