    1. I like the Roman-style gladiatorial arena in the center. Sure, people always get stabbed under highway interchanges, but this architecture would make it *fun*!

    2. The constructed artistry of that section is very cool.  Style over practicality. 

    3. I’m in Bridgeport Now – That no longer exists and I don’t know if it ever did look like that – Pretty Awesome.

      That’s the 79th Street boat basin on the Henry Hudson Parkway, built in the 1930s. Currently under restoration.
