Money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy you an easier live, buy the things which do make you happy, as well as by gifting it to others, you can buy happiness for other people.

I have never heard “money can’t buy happiness” said by someone who doesn’t have money.

I doubled my money this summer and still feel as good as I did a year ago. So money obviously doesn’t buy happines.

By far the greatest lie ever. Money does in fact buy happiness. I am much happier when I have money than when I have no money.

Money can’t *always* buy happiness.
But not having money has *never* bought happiness.

It can if you let it but depends how you came into it and varies person to person.

“Money can’t buy happiness!”
Sure, but I’d still prefer rich people problems to “Oh fuck, we don’t have enough money for food and neither of us get paid for a week” or “I hope my cat’s labored breathing is just because of the weather, cause I can’t afford a trip to the vet”.
