My whole life is “have to”.
Took about 30 years, but I get it now.

This is one of my favorite Ron Howard movies.
What a cast…
Steve Martin
Mary Steenburgen
Rick Moranis
Dianne Wiest
Martha Plimpton
Keanu Reeves
Joaquin Phoenix (still going by Leaf Phoenix at the time)
Tom Hulce
Jason Robards
And you can’t skip the cameos from Rance Howard, Clint Howard, Bryce Dallas-Howard

Congratulations dad, it was all three
Well which on did I punch the band leader?

“As far as I’m concerned, your grandmother is brilliant.”
“Yeah, if she’s so brilliant, how come she’s sitting in our NEIGHBOR’S CAR?”

Now Mary Steenburgen is definitely someone who could make more appearances on this sub. Malcolm McDowell and Ted Danson both lucky guys…

We started watching it with our kids. Not as family friendly as we remembered! So funny though. They thought the naked boy in the cowboy suit was hilarious (it was). That could never be on film now.

Neither one of them has aged and i mean that as an insult then and a compliment now

One of my all time favorite movies. The score, the cast, the acting, just an impeccable movie.
