Clearly holding the cup in his left hand and stirring clockwise with his right hand.

Your father must be from the northern hemisphere as the stirring flow is counterclockwise

    3. This goes for all cups being stirred over a long time; how many chemicals or particles from that cup has been ingested into the human body. Supposedly we have micro plastics in our brains because plastic gets into what we eat or drinks, so do we have micro ceramics in our brains too, or whatever material those cups are made of

    4. You’re “supposed to” simply move a spoon forward and backward without hitting the sides at all.
But I have more mugs like his than many, no doubt!

    5. There is a cleaner called Bar Keeper’s Friend that will remove that. It’s an old reliable cleaner your grandma probably used for a ton of things. Super cheap, and Walmart has it.

    6. It looked like some weird cave/brutalist style building for a second, before I read the title

    7. I think we can infer that this mug has a handle given the consistent starting position. Or maybe it has your face emblazened on it, upon which he gazes adoringly as he stirs.
