This goes for all cups being stirred over a long time; how many chemicals or particles from that cup has been ingested into the human body. Supposedly we have micro plastics in our brains because plastic gets into what we eat or drinks, so do we have micro ceramics in our brains too, or whatever material those cups are made of

There is a cleaner called Bar Keeper’s Friend that will remove that. It’s an old reliable cleaner your grandma probably used for a ton of things. Super cheap, and Walmart has it.
