Kroger brand unsalted butter has a blue label on the box, and red on the stick, and vice-versa.

    1. You would think with how often this has been posted on Reddit that they would have changed this by now.

That’s actually super interesting to me, the salted kroger butter I’ve bought recently had all black lettering on the stick wrappers instead of red or blue. I wonder if they changed it, or it’s different by region?

Just checked mine since I just bought Kroger unsalted. This is not my case. Mine match Case is blue and lettering on the stick is also blue.

It’s like loctite. Blue loctite has the red tube, and red loctite has the blue tube.

    5. Great value does the same. In fact, I’m like 99% sure it’s the same product because the wrapper for the butter looks identical

At a local grocery store, when you check out with credit card and need to approve the amount, the Yes button is left and red, the No button is right and green.

    7. Try shopping for ThreadLock… Red is for permanent and blue is for Less-permanent. The red bottle has BLUE LIQUID and the blue bottle has red liquid. The color of the liquid is what’s important.
