I’d really like to hear from Black viewers here, more specifically:

    • Did you enjoy OBAA?
-How did you read Teyana’s role — did it feel like stereotype, satire, or something else?
-Did her portrayal land as commentary, or did it just feel exploitative?

Genuinely curious for perspective outside my own bubble.

    1. This movie is bad. Not in a filmmaking way; everything was fine. But the writing is atrocious. It’s very clearly a movie for white liberals.

Not gonna watch it because fd said it was some fuck shit and i trust him. The dialogue he described is repulsive.

Not surprised white people are losing their minds over it.

    3. Film of the decade. Haters just have bad taste or literally admit to not even watching it.
