News?! If this is news to you, you’ve been living under a rock for at least the last decade.

The GOP has wanted one their kind to be a dictator for life for decades now. It’s just that they’ve been unashamed to say this out loud ~~until~~ since their Dear Leader gave them permission to be shameless.

The days when a question like:

I have a childhood friend from the same isolated Midwest Suburban White Gen X average that thinks David Brooke and Bill Maher are good people.  He started as a producer at Morning Edition, responsible for the switch from jazz & classical as interstitial music to contemporary sounds.  I could tell when he was the day’s producer based on the choices alone.  He now works at CNN *in quality control*.   He knows nothing.  He is why “the Establishment” sucks.
“We did that story” he told me once long ago when I sent him an important book on water issues.  *3 decades later he’s complaining about these issues, now that they affect his family property*.

To hell with him & CNN both.  My old friend “Flip” (pseudonym) is a traitor to reality, not just the USA.
