    1. Posting a meme – arrested for inciting violence

Storming the capital – actually inciting violence – pardons for all

Our judicial system just got even worse… somehow. Welcome to America where shitty broken systems will break more and become even shittier

    2. Man, it was only a couple of weeks ago that I was told that this could never happen in the US and that as a Brit I had no free speech.
      How those tables turn eh?

    3. You should delete this post, your social score might be lowered and a federal entity could arrest you

    4. Oooops… i guess when you vote for a faschist manbaby you get a faschist kindergarden of a country. Maybe next time, IF there will ever be another election, don’t vote for the obvious faschist pedo, just saying…

    5. So I thought antifa stormed the capitol on January 6? But now we are arresting them but yet so many got pardoned when Trump took office. Weird stuff

So they charged them with threats of mass violence against the school? Can someone elaborate because it’s too early and I’m confused.

    7. If anyone wants to exercise their 1st amendment right to peacefully redress their grievances to their government.

Unless there’s something I missed in the “article” how in the world is this perceived as a threat

They arrested a shit poster named Larry Shart. Is this real because it feels like a bad script

    10. Calling out pedophiles for being pedophiles is now an act of violence against the pedophiles

      🤷‍♂️

    11. Anyone have a link for the page? Actual charges? I want to get him a lawyer if true so we can sue and I can get my investment back 19 folds. My new capitalist ventur

They are doing exactly what they said they would, and to those of you who voted for this…well you voted for this.

      Yes, yes you did

The fudge your feelings party sure seems to be soft as Charmin with lots of feelings.

    14. Man I know this dude, he was part of the music scene here and pretty popular, long hair cool fashion, cool guy.
Then like idk 5 years ago or something he went nuts for Julian Assange, standing on the street holding signs, campaigning, his whole identity about freeing him and how important free speech is.
Then he went full tankie, this year he’s been posting all this stuff about how mango isn’t exactly a hero but the democrats are *worse* and how twitter is important for free speech. Avoiding really getting into anything mango does being bad while constantly pivoting back to how bad the democrats are.
Neither of us are American by the way. Nor do we live there.
Anyway he alienated a lot of the people he knows and a bunch of us called him out on social media, because of the stupid ass shit he posts (he’s not necessarily a stupid guy, feels more like he’s fucking brain washed). Still been doing it mango ended war and cares about free speech democrats gaza etc etc.
Nobody is even disagreeing with him about democrats or really fans of them because we don’t live in the US, but any calling him out on mango he just pivots to democrats.

So far nothing has seemed to shake that but I really wonder what he’s going to say when shit like this keeps happening.
At first I was optimistic that he’d see what’s actually happening and change his attitude, but so far he’s just double downed while also posting poor me posts about everyone attacking him and nobody being willing to engage in a proper conversation (where he just starts going on about democrats when nobody wants to know or care, we’re just pointing out how shitty it is to try to cast any of this shit in a positive light).

So he quoted Trump about another school shooting and they interpreted that as violence? Good to know how they define things.
Tennessee man arrested for posting meme ‘threatening violence’ in Facebook group for Charlie Kirk vigil | The Independent https://share.google/ZoztwxbRlJoseQkh0

    16. When The Orange Menace can declare anything anti-Trump to be terrorism, we’ve all become terrorists.

    17. Wait, so a guy that posted memes about Charlie Kirk supporting the release of the Epstein client, and Trump saying to get over school shooting has been arrested.

Arrested and charged with threats of violence on school property??

      Is that what’s happened here?

    18. When quoting someone is illegal but actually saying something is totally cool no problem

    19. I told you guys to get off of Facebook/twitter/ instagram. Do people not realize there’s more of this coming? Scrub your post history and get off of Republican owned social media. Hope they are content with low hanging fruit and don’t start looking for old scrubbed posts

    20. >“Investigators believe Bushart was fully aware of the fear his post would cause and intentionally sought to create hysteria within the community,” the sheriff added.

Um, yikes. Hysteria? That’s some 1930s bullshit right there.

      >The Perry County sheriff confirmed that Larry Bushart, a former officer with the Huntingdon Police Department, is facing charges related to threats of mass violence.

I wonder if these two have had beef for a while, and the Sheriff saw an opportunity to arrest the former city cop for something unrelated.

Many county Sheriff’s departments and municipal Police departments work well together, but some do not.
