Course not. Mobilisation can seem aggressive. Britain and France can’t be seen to be on the side of an aggressor.
So everybody has to wait until Germany invades and then these two allies will help.
As long as you understand help to mean do nothing and sit back and wait.
Honestly the amount of missed opportunities to do not only the right but also the smart thing are astonishing.

Since when are Poland and Czechoslovakia part of the Franco-British Empire? They’re not? Then why would they be able to control what the Czechs or Poles did?
Czechoslovakia fell because it decided to fall. They could have decided to fight anyway, and with the terrain advantage could have probably held up pretty well. Instead they surrendered without a fight. Hard to blame the British for not wanting to die for Czechoslovakia when even the citizens of Czechoslovakia don’t want to die for it.
The Poles did experience some delays in mobilization due to allied pressure, but allied pressure had slowed down both sides. The Germans had been preparing to invade the previous week and would have caught the Poles completely by surprise, the fact that the Poles managed to get any advance notice was due to allied pressure, even if they could have done better.
