    1. I used to live near a state border with different time zones, so whenever i went near the border i would switch my phone to manual clock mode! much less confusing

      Stayed at a hotel once that was on the time zone line. You could watch your phone change as you moved to one side of the hotel. The hotel had a clock they set to “hotel time”.

      I used to live in the Central Time Zone and work in the Eastern Time Zone, about a 35-minute drive. Technically, I could leave work and get home before I left.

      Laughlin Nevada – my phone would show one time and closer to the Colorado River it would show a different time (Arizona).
