The Ottomans actually ended in 1922, they managed to outlive their historical adversaries the Austro-Hungarian and Russian Empires
Considering this is about the Ottomans, it would be Istanbul I presume, though I ain’t bothered to search when they renamed it so I do suppose I could be wrong.
