      They are much less common nowadays but in the USA they used to have a “safe sitter” seat in the handicap stalls, basically a fold down seat with a 3 point seat belt like a carseat. Back in the 90’s/early 2000’s i remember them being everywhere

      Is it because the stall is too small for a stroller? My youngest is 9 months old and I’ve never had an issue fitting the stroller into a stall when we’re out and I need to go, but maybe they are smaller over there?

      Must be very calm and polite babies. I know my 22 months old would just climb out of it..
