      And yet, one is tan, while the other is orange and black stripes.

      One is a pride animal, and the other is solitary.

      There are so many things about dinosaurs where it is VERY likely we are wrong.

      I’m sure it had nothing to do with 60% of the world going into elections the past 2 years specifically. And right after, the scale of that propaganda reduces significantly?

      We continue to treat specific groups like garbage because that’s how you radicalise the masses and get them to think, act and vote a certain way.

      The Neanderthal thing kind of makes me uncomfortable because there’s huge unknown “ghost lineages” in African DNA. One day we’re going to sequence some other hominid the way we sequenced Neanderthal (and Denisovan) and it’s going to be the ghost lineage. I feel like the world would be a lot better off if we just forget about and stopped looking for non-homosapien DNA contributions.

      Note that, just like how white racist beliefs are often out of date, the idea that Africans don’t have Neanderthal ancestry is also out of date.

      We did think that was true at one point, but we have since found that Africans [often do have Neanderthal DNA](https://www.princeton.edu/news/2020/01/30/new-study-identifies-neanderthal-ancestry-african-populations-and-describes-its)… and they got it primarily from various Eurasians migrating back into Africa and then admixing (backmigrations have happened constantly over the last several thousands of years).

      (Absolutely no shame to Tyson about that, of course! It just makes the demonstration more authentic, about what black supremacist scientific claims would sound like.)
