One of the victims had a restraining order (or at least applied for one) against him because he was stalking her. The second victim was just collateral damage because she was next to the primary victim when he hit her with his car.
This is a local new story for me and is receiving a lot of coverage where I live and this is the first time I’m hearing this being inspired by the victim talking about Kirk

He probably was a Charlie Kirk fan, but they were not necessarily targeted for that reason. This is just another mentally unwell white man given the privilege to live freely and hurt minorities.
