I actually disagree with Mr Tyson.
As humans our biggest strength is passing on knowledge, experience and stories to the next generation.
The technology and knowledge we have today didn’t all come from the people alive today.
There will be 1,000s of people learning from his experiences and life. Even after he’s gone. His mistakes and accomplishments will help future generations make decisions for years to come.

Think this was a few days before the Jake or Paul Logan fight. Felt he was just contemplating him throwing away the fight

Probably Mike’s best take ever.

Nah man she’s just a kid. She was giving him nothing but respect. He could of gave a more age appropriate answer. Just saying.

This isn’t funny…it’s enlightening. The interviewer took the message well and wisdom was passed on. Ironically, that is his legacy.

“I broke my back.”
Reporter: “What do you mean, you broke your back?”
Tyson: “My back is broken.”
Reporter: “A vertebrae or… what portion?”
Tyson: “SPINAL.”

You can clearly tell the psychedelics have hit hard, all that success and fame , money, clothes, cars, women and he’s unhappy, he’s spent his whole life being an icon of ego and doing wild shit and all it’s done is promote selfish ways and narrow minded views
he’s one of the few celebrities that realizes his contribution to the madness, he was a pawn, a character dragged out for spectacles and entertainment.

It is bizarre to me that in this cancel culture Mike Tyson’s career still lives. People have been socially beheaded for less.

I don’t agree with him, but I appreciate his willingness to express a somewhat unpopular point of view.

Mad to think in just 3 generations we will not be remembered, we will not even be recalled by our own families unless someone obsesses over their family tree. Mike hit hard with that comment and he’s right. What kind of ego needs to be remembered as this or that? Most of us are just on this earth for a brief period and we should relax and enjoy it. To get too obsessed with the future is to not live in the now.

Spinal.
He’s a realist, and I can respect that.
