This is not an AI recreation. A couple of years ago, a cartoon artist made the old style drawings from newer episode screenshots. Pretty well done in my opinion!

I’m probably partial to old because that’s what I grew up with, but it’s just so much warmer. Way better animation style overall with much more character. Nothing good lasts forever I suppose.

Guys, this is not AI, and it is not official. The right side are scenes from modern episodes, and the left side is an artists attempt at drawing these scenes in the old episode style. And it’s actually pretty well done
