Offcourse they don’t have skilled artists so that’s why they needed this poster to look for skilled people.

    2. You know what companies are gonna do right? Out source more jobs, not just production, you can now basically outsource everything. Except executive positions which opens up a position maybe once every 10 years.

All labor is skilled labor. They’re both using Ai, which cuts out the skilled labor of an artist thru theft and enriching tech bros, but then they’re also perpetuating the rich man’s lie that you are not “skilled” if you’re doing a job they don’t approve of as being good enough to be called so & so that they can justify paying low wages even though it’s a job that is still needed and makes society run.

Besides this poster is looking like a wild mixture of 60ies Soviet worker and 30ies aryan nazi shit ad: isn’t America the most skilled and best and magnificent country in the world able to produce anything? What do you want to improve there? It’s all the best, prices are already down, no inflation blablabla

      Not?

      Insert you don’t say gif…

Poster issues aside, if we really want skilled labor, we would have to INVEST IN PEOPLE. Nobody is willing to train people on the job, they just want people to already have the experience. Any secondary education is insanely expensive AND ties back into the first point. As long as these two things remain a barrier we will continue to have labor shortages or might have to *shudders * rely on immigrants to fill the gaps (/s)
