On Friday, the district confirmed to NBC 5 that an Advanced Animal Science teacher at Alvord High School fed an ailing kitten to a snake before the start of the school day and outside the presence of students.

”She later acknowledged this decision to her class and permitted a student, with parental consent, to take the remaining ailing kittens home," Brown said. "The teacher, an experienced educator and animal lover, has apologized to the students for her actions and voluntarily removed all snakes from her classroom."

    1. Snakes got to eat too. What’s the difference between feeding it rats and rabbits compared to a cat???

    2. Sounds like she was an ‘animal lover’ the same way that RFK was. There’s a weird person who hang out with animal people but they like animals because they can overpower them- you see this a LOT in horse sports but also in any fighting animal and reptile people it’s a bit higher up in. They like the brutality of nature and think that’s how everyone is so they out themselves eventually

I love cats, and own several, but apparently, it’s ok to feed a rat to a snake but not a cat. Because cats are cute?

FYI, cats are also stone cold killers.

    4. Is it so hard to list the actual condition of the kittens instead of referring to them as “ailing kittens” throughout the whole article?
