Hello from Portland. By day there are about 10 protesters on average outside the ICE facility, some nice little old ladies. At night there’s about the same number of Black Bloc protesters.
Aside from an unfortunate number of fentanyl addicts publicly using, and houseless people and their encampments – products of socioeconomic problems that go beyond Portland – it’s lovely here.
