The minimum they should do is properly identify themselves and present credentials IMO.
I even question the need for them to have goons running about abducting people in the first place. Inside the US their actions should be limited to investigating immigration issues and if someone needs to detained then issue a warrant for their arrest and hand it off to the police. Not that US police are all the competent anyway. But the way things are headed I think ICE will have to be heavily pruned should democrats win back control of congress.
