This is where “per capita” falls apart. Deploying the national guard in an effort to prevent 200 murders in Mississippi or to Illinois where you could try to prevent over 800, the majority of which happen in one city.

I can’t wait for a report to come out that proves these deployments did nothing but waste money, but I know those who would most need to read it definitely won’t.
