I used to just grind and hope for the best with all my goals. Long nights, lots of stress, and honestly, not much progress. Then I tried something different: instead of only focusing on “working harder,” I started focusing on the result I wanted.

At first it was super simple. Before starting my work, I’d picture myself on the finish line, I saw myself achieving my goals. I even put photos of my goals everywhere, so I’d see it every day. Sounds kinda cheesy, but it kept my brain focused on why I was studying.

After a few weeks, I noticed real changes:

    – I procrastinated less because I actually wanted to move toward that vision

    – My focus during study sessions felt sharper

    – I started organizing my time better without forcing myself

    – Even when I slipped up, it was easier to bounce back because I had that end goal stuck in my head

It wasn’t magic or instant results, but it made studying feel way less like a chore and more like I was working toward something I could actually see.
