a couple months ago i was honestly at rock bottom. i couldn’t get myself to do anything. i’d wake up late, scroll my phone for hours, avoid literally everything i needed to do, and then go to bed pissed at myself for wasting another day. it felt like every little thing was too much effort.

what changed wasn’t some big inspirational moment, it was just giving myself some structure. i started using Strukt, writing down clear goals instead of keeping them in my head. i built small routines like journaling at night and actually planning my day in the morning. i started breaking work into little focused chunks instead of trying to brute force hours of “grind.”

it didn’t feel like much at first but after a couple weeks i noticed i was actually following through. i was keeping habits, finishing projects, and i didn’t feel like life was slipping past me anymore. it’s not like i’m perfect now but i’m way more in control than i ever thought i could be.

if you’re stuck in that place where i was, stop waiting for motivation to magically appear. just pick one thing, break it down, track it, and do it every day. momentum builds and suddenly you’re not at rock bottom anymore, you’re actually moving forward.
