I had a mulberry tree growing up, it consumed a part of the old fence, I remember climbing it and seeing it early on and being fascinated as a 6 year old. The fence was cut down later on and 20 years later the tree was cut down and broke the saw. The tree cutters were shocked

I have a walnut tree in my backyard that sprouted up through a bike wheel, which is now floating by the spokes about 2 feet off the ground around the trunk.

I remember as a kid I used to see a lot of trees at parks and schools that had a railway spike hammered in somewhere around the top of the trunk. Always far up enough kids couldn’t get to it it always lead to some sleepy hallow spooky stories to freak out other kids.

Man made against nature? Nature wins. The metal? Natural. It will rust and break down providing life fuel to grow. This is same as vine up wall
