She is incredibly afraid of snakes so this scene took a lot for her to get through (apparently hypnotherapy was involved). That was not a fake or animatronic snake.
…there’s also the fact that most constrictor handlers will tell you that with a snake *that* big, never put it anywhere near your neck. You never know when instinct will kick in.
Saw that movie “blind” in theater when i was 20… You’re still looking for your jaw on the floor and then the gangster movie turn into a chessy vampire flick. Awesome experience.
