As someone who lives in a rural area, I depend on personal mobility to survive. I’m always annoyed at the people who want to throw the baby out with the bathwater, eliminate cars altogether, and force everyone to take the bus. There’s a way you can still let people get around efficiently and ecologically without using ICE vehicles but also without forcing people to cue and wait like cattle any time they want to go somewhere. People need to read more science fiction! /end rant
