Solar panels work in the cold

      They still have a very low rentability, with things such as heat dissipation existing.

      I don’t know if I am using the right terms, English isn’t my primary language.

    3. As a person who works in solar this is correct. There’s a reason you can get badly sunburned when there’s snow on the ground. It reflects light. Obv doesn’t work if snow is covering the panels.

    5. I don’t know much about solar panels but if it works with light, I would guess that colder places would usually have less light to absorb. Because maybe it is cloudy and that is why it is colder that day and the light will be blocked. Or it might be winter when the Sun usually stays lower and spends less time on top which means again less light will actually reach the solar panel in total. I am sure solar panels still work as long as there is light, but is it really more effective in colder weather?
