These are called rat dung peppers in Thai, prick kee noo. Not the hottest peppers out there, but will definitely wake you up.

I used to grow peppers like this, coworker wanted some for his chili told him they were hot, he then came to me several days later and told me that they were so hot they gave him the runs.
