The problem is, okay, so this time, let’s say Biden is reelected. What about next time? There will be a time when the GOP wins the White House again. What then? Trump will have died by then, but this legacy will live on. How will the Dems prevent this going forward?
Throwbacks to these confirmation hearings are exactly why we need more than to just Vote Blue, we need to get behind efforts to *REMOVE* these corrupt threats to democracy and rule of law from the bench. All this is showing is that Every. Last. Single. Conservative justice on the bench is some degree of worthy of removal. We need a a clean sweep of this rot from our courts.
We don’t have a conservative Supreme Court justice that didn’t lie their way into the role.

Real question. If Biden has done anything to stop this stuff from happening now, will he next term? Will anything be different next election? I don’t think this will end with some hero candidate saving us from the right.
Unfortunately the right wing propaganda is too deeply engrained with their voters. They view anyone not right wing as enemies of the state. They’ve been radicalized with no way of coming back. We are not changing those minds. We need to come out by the millions again.
It’s worth preparing people now, this is not a one-off election issue. We cannot solve this problem this year. People will be telling you the next election is just as important, it is not a scheme, it is the truth.
The conservative justices will not retire under President Biden. They will retire under President Trump. So long as the President has a (D) next to their name, they will not retire.
This is a long haul battle. Whatever other issues we may face, wherever the Democrats fall short, and they will fall short, you *have* to recognize the dangers of the alternative.
The problems created by Democrats can be rectified with legislation. The problems threatened by Republicans cannot. That is the choice you face.
