I see that all the time in my state, too. Cleaning up the bits that fell off doesn’t seem to be anyone’s responsibility. You’d think maybe the owner would want the plates back, but that might be more trouble than it’s worth.

TBF that’s just a plastic cover. When I think bumper I’m thinking of the metal parts that actually do the work. In older cars these things were heavy.

I just ran the plates and it’s coming back as a real piece of 💩
