In my worldbuild, neuromorphs were invented during the 1970s, leading to the widespread adoption of cybernetics and robotics in the microcomputer era. The 4096 Meister is the perfect example of a typical West German robot: widely considered to be elegant and expertly crafted, but with a somewhat older and simpler user experience than their American-based competitors.
My goal here was to explore a design based on classic Braun shavers and other German gadgets, and speculate on what a futuristic robot designed by them might look like.
