    1. As a skinny dude myself, I can’t imagine the amount of backbreaking work it takes to put on that amount of muscle. Reeve always the OG Superman IMO.

He was such a warm and good person.

And even though the original Superman had its cheesiness, he embodied the hero well.

his horseback riding accident was tragic. he showed his true strength by being an advocate for disabled people all over! RIP

    4. Christopher Reeve was in one of my all time favorite episodes of Tales from the Crypt. It’s called “What’s Cookin'” and it also stars Meat Loaf, Judd Nelson, and Bess Armstrong.

Please watch it if you’ve never seen it. It’s wonderful.

There’s another *”after”* photo in this trilogy that OP cut out.

      *Edit: Too soon?

When I was little I met him in Disney world shortly after his accident. It was at the end of a parade It was just him in his wheelchair his kids and his wife. The crowd went quiet and if he just started clapping. I had grown up being obsessed with Superman and at a young age was devastated when he got hurt. It was so amazing to see him just being resilient.

    7. Is it bad that anytime I see or hear something about Christopher Reeve, Eminem lyrics immediately start playing in my head?
