I’m actually related to that dude in some way. While his part of the family moved to Canada, my part of the family moved to Prussia and later Denmark and after the second world war Germany. I tried to get into contact with him a decade ago but I never got an answer sadly. I mean I’m not mad he either never got the letter or thought I was out for his money or something.
